7. Insurance Carrier Policies
Coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy issued by the carrier. HealthCare Plus is not responsible for coverage decisions, claim denials, or policy changes made by insurance carriers. Any disputes regarding coverage should be directed to the insurance carrier.
8. Enrollment Periods
Health insurance enrollment is subject to specific enrollment periods, including Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), Open Enrollment Period (OEP), and Special Enrollment Periods (SEP).
